Investing in AI LLC

Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

The short version: you can read everything on this site without giving us any personal information. We collect what you send us through the inquiry form, Substack handles newsletter signups, we use Google Analytics (after asking, for visitors from Europe and the UK) to see which pages are read, and we never sell your information.

Who we are

This website, investinginai.pro, is operated by Investing in AI LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, who handles it, and the choices you have. We have kept the site deliberately light on data: most of it can be read without giving us anything at all.

What we collect, and why

When you send an inquiry. The form on the work-with-us page asks for your name, email address, organization (optional), the kind of work you are interested in, timing (optional) and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. The site sends the form to us as an email and does not store it in a database; the email remains in our inbox for as long as we need it to deal with your inquiry and any work that follows.

When you subscribe to the newsletter. The newsletter signup on our pages is Substack’s own form, shown in a frame. Your email address goes directly to Substack, which runs the newsletter under its own privacy policy and terms; we see the subscriber list that Substack makes available to publishers. You can unsubscribe at any time from any newsletter email.

When you browse. Our pages are hosted by Vercel, which also counts page views for us with Vercel Web Analytics; that service does not use cookies and reports aggregated statistics, not individual profiles. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver pages and protect the service.

We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, how visitors find the site and how they move through it. It sets cookies in your browser and processes information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and the site you came from. We use it only to improve the site, not for advertising. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms.

The AI Investor Assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored.

Cookies

Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics does not load unless you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit; we keep your choice in a cookie for 180 days, and you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. To know whether to show the banner, the site sets a small cookie recording only whether your country is one of these, based on the country our host derives from your connection. Elsewhere, Google Analytics loads by default; you can block its cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site works without them. It is never loaded for search-engine crawlers or automated browsers.

Functional cookies. The AI Signal Gauge prototype site (gauge.investinginai.pro), which is shared by invitation, sets one further cookie when a reviewer opens an access link or signs in: it grants access for 180 days, renewed on each visit. It contains no personal information and is not used for tracking, and that site loads no analytics.

The Substack signup frame is served by Substack, which may set its own cookies within the frame under its own policy.

Who handles your information

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose described: Vercel (website hosting and page-view analytics), Google (Google Analytics), Resend (delivering inquiry-form emails to us) and Substack (newsletter subscriptions and delivery). They process information on our behalf or, in Substack’s case, as the operator of its own service.

We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting work, and are then deleted. Vercel holds its analytics in aggregate under its retention terms, and Google keeps Google Analytics data under the retention period set for our property. Newsletter data is held by Substack until you unsubscribe or ask it to delete your account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by sending a request through the inquiry form with “Privacy request” in the message. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to or restrict processing; we will honor those rights where they apply. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter from any issue, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the public site works.

Children

The site is written for adult investors and professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site or contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed outside your own country.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, the inquiry form is protected against automated submissions, and we limit who can read inquiry emails. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, for example by adding a new analytics service, we will update this page before the change takes effect and revise the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the newsletter.
